a large number of properties in an area bordered by Heavitree (Exeter),
Newton Poppleford, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth (encompassing the
villages of Woodbury, Woodbury Salterton, Lympstone, Exton, Ebford,
Topsham, Clyst St George, Clyst St Mary, Yettington, Southerton,
Otterton, Colaton Raleigh, East Budleigh and others). |

We are
proud to be independent and do not charge for advice nor receive any
commission from any financial services organisation. We are always happy
to discuss options with landlords and potential landlords, and provide
advice based on our experience. We can also provide contact numbers for
local independent companies should this be required. |
